Clean installing from a USB drive took roughly 20 minutes on an NVMe drive (Intel i7-12700K). The out-of-box experience (OOBE) is smoother than 21H2; the "Internet required" setup is still annoying for offline machines, but you can bypass it via OOBE\BYPASSNRO if needed.
