Introduction Física o Química (literally "Physics or Chemistry") premiered on Antena 3 on February 4, 2008. Created by Carlos Montero and Jaime Vaca, the show was groundbreaking for Spanish television: it was one of the first prime-time series aimed squarely at young adults, dealing with topics like teen pregnancy, homophobia, drug abuse, eating disorders, and suicide without the usual sanitized gloss.
