Her only remaining patron is a shady tech-startup called (Immersive Bio-Aesthetic Memories). They don't make films. They harvest emotional imprints. Their lead recruiter, a man named Harish, offers her a new contract: "We don't want your body, Meera. We want your Kamam ."

Meera's extraction is scheduled for midnight. But as the technician wires her to the Kamam Loom , something goes wrong. Her desire—originally cataloged as "to perform the perfect Varnam one last time"—merges with an older, darker longing: the face of her guru on the night he died, whispering a secret she never understood.
