Final scene: Greg and Jack are on a dock, fishing in silence. Jinx the cyborg cat rubs against Greg’s leg.
Enter (new character, played by someone like Aubrey Plaza)—Greg’s estranged, chaotic younger sister. She’s an artist who faked her own death five years ago to avoid student loans. Now she’s back, claiming she wants to “reconnect.” Jack is thrilled because Nina’s obvious lies make Greg look even guiltier by comparison.
Jack smashes the Veritas Wristlet with a champagne bottle. “Truth is overrated,” he says. “You passed, Focker.”
