This is the hardest lab session. Put two metronomes on a wobbling board, and eventually, they will swing in perfect sync. The stronger, more coherent pulse pulls the weaker one into its rhythm. At the Vibration School, you learn that you are either the metronome being set or the one doing the setting. You learn to guard your energy not out of fear, but out of physics. You cannot vibrate at the frequency of peace while standing in the middle of chaos—unless your signal is very strong.
